Materials and safety

We only stock body-safe materials: platinum-cured medical-grade silicone, ABS, borosilicate glass and stainless steel. Every listing names the material, the insertable length and diameter, and whether the item is waterproof. Porous materials such as TPE are labelled as such, with a recommended replacement interval. All motorised products are CE and RoHS compliant and shipped with a USB charging cable and a one-year motor warranty.

Frequently asked questions

Is the packaging really discreet?

Yes. Parcels ship in plain, unbranded boxes or mailers with a neutral sender name. There is no product name, logo or category on the outside, and the payment descriptor shows a generic merchant name.

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 14:00 GMT+8 ship the same working day. Transit is typically 3–7 business days to the US, UK and EU and 5–12 business days elsewhere, always with tracking.

What if a product arrives faulty?

Email support@sexisee.com with your order number and a short video. Faulty items are replaced free within 60 days and we do not ask you to ship the item back.

Can I return an item I changed my mind about?

Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For hygiene reasons, opened intimate products cannot be resold and are not refundable unless faulty.

Which lubricant should I choose?

Water-based lubricant is the safe default for silicone toys and condoms; silicone-based lasts longer in water but must not be used with silicone toys; hybrid formulas balance both.

How do I clean my toy?

Wash silicone and glass with warm water and mild soap or a dedicated toy cleaner, dry fully before storage, and keep each material in a separate pouch to avoid melting between silicone and TPE.

Are the sizes true to the chart?

Lingerie listings include a measurement chart in centimetres and inches. If you fall between two sizes, size up; exchanges for a different size are free within 30 days on unworn items.

Will my bank statement show what I bought?

No. The transaction appears under a generic merchant name with no reference to the product or the store category.
